How long will it take to receive my item?

Each item is entirely handmade to order and will take 3-4 weeks for production.  You will receive an email when your item is finished and despatched with information about shipping so you know when to expect it.

What if I have not received my item?

As outlined above, each item is handmade to order and will take 2-3 weeks, plus postage time. If you haven't received a despatch email in 3 weeks, or you have received a despatch email but still not received your order, contact me via my email featherthistle6@gmail.com and I will check the status of your order.

What if my order has gone missing?

If once I have contacted the shipping provider and it is an error on their part then I can send a replacement order or offer you a refund.

What if I live locally (Thrapston, NN14) and want to collect my item?

Please contact me via email to arrange a convenient time for collection, and I will refund the postage paid.

Can I collect in person? 

Absolutely no problem - as above, contact me to arrange a collection time and I will refund the shipping costs.

What if I cant find what I'm looking for?

You can use the search button to search by keyword or feel free to message me and I can point you in the right direction.

What do you mean by rustic?

All wood has natural knots and wood grain that adds to the rustic charm that makes each piece I make unique. 

How are they made?

I use various techniques from hand painted, screen printed and printed signs depending on the design and detail that needs to be added for each piece.

What sizes are available?

My sizes range from gift size (23 x 23 cms and upwards, including A4, A3, A2 and A1) to the oversized statement pieces (up to 85 x 120cms, size A0) that can add the wow factor to any home. Contact me if you're not sure what size piece you need.
